As the fall colors painted the course and the crisp air rolled in, October was a month full of community, celebration, and exciting news at Reedsburg Country Club and 1924 Bar & Grill. From festive events and new faces to big announcements for the year ahead, here’s a look back at everything that made October 2025 one to remember.
Celebrations, Events & Community Highlights
October was packed with memorable moments at RCC! We hosted 14 private parties and banquets, welcoming families, friends, and colleagues to celebrate everything from birthdays to business milestones in our event spaces.
On the course, we kept the energy high with 15 Member and Public Golf Outings, Classes, and Tournaments, plus our always-popular Thursday Pub Trivia Nights that brought out laughter, rivalry, and plenty of prizes.
Our monthly Card Tournament Sundays continued strong, featuring:
- Single Deck Euchre on the first Sunday
- Double Deck Euchre on the second Sunday
- Sheepshead on the third Sunday
Each week was full of friendly competition and camaraderie.
And, of course, we capped off the month with a community favorite — our annual Trunk-O-Treat & Chili Cook-Off on October 26th!
This year’s event drew over 300 guests, 14 delicious chilis, and 13 talented cookers. More than 320 tasters participated in the judging, making it one of our most successful community gatherings yet. Congratulations again to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners!
Looking Ahead: Weddings, Holidays & Membership Growth
We’re already looking forward to another season of celebration.
As of today, five weddings are booked for 2026, with one already secured for 2027—and the calendar keeps filling fast!
The holiday season is right around the corner, which means even more festive gatherings at RCC. If you’re planning a company party or family celebration, be sure to contact us soon to reserve your date and space.

Course News: Wrapping Up a Rewarding Golf Season
As shared by PGA Pro Bob Feller, the final day of play for the 2025 golf season will be Thursday, November 6th, 2025.
It’s been an incredibly rewarding season on the course, and while we’re sad to see it end, we’re so grateful for the extended stretch of great golf weather this year.
Stay tuned for our Legacy Fund Tailgate & 2025 Golf Awards Party on Sunday, December 7th, featuring tailgate food, drinks, fun, and a celebration of this year’s champions.
Exciting Announcement: RCC Launches New Website & Club Caddie System

We’re thrilled to announce that on December 1, 2025, RCC will officially launch a brand-new website and an upgraded backend system powered by Club Caddie. This change includes updates to our POS, tee time booking system, email marketing, and (soon) text messaging—setting us up for an even smoother, more connected experience for our members and guests.
This upgrade allows us to:
- Streamline everything into one system—bookings, payments, and membership management all in one place.
- Improve efficiency and service speed both on the course and inside the clubhouse.
- Enhance our communication with more personalized updates, offers, and event reminders.
- Present a modern, user-friendly website that’s easier to navigate and perfectly integrated with our new systems.
While there may be a few growing pains as we all adjust, our team is excited and ready to help every step of the way. This upgrade represents the best of both worlds—innovation and tradition—allowing us to move forward while continuing to honor what has mattered most for over a century: our members and guests.
We’re all excited for this next chapter at RCC—and we can’t wait for you to experience it!
