Spring is Blooming at Reedsburg Country Club: Here’s What’s Happening!
As the days grow longer and the first signs of spring appear, there’s a fresh energy at Reedsburg Country Club that’s hard to miss. Whether you’re a longtime member, a future golfer, or simply looking for a vibrant community to be part of, now is the perfect time to see what RCC and 1924 Bar & Grill have to offer.
Before we dive into the excitement ahead, we want to take a moment to look back at everything February brought to our club. It was a month full of laughter, competition, celebrations, and connection — a perfect reminder of why RCC is so much more than just a golf course.
In February, we were honored to host six private parties and banquets, welcoming families, friends, and colleagues for their most memorable moments. Our Tuesday night Cornhole League and Thursday night Pub Trivia kept the winter nights lively and fun for players and spectators alike. Valentine’s Day was another highlight, with a packed house of over 60 reservations — despite a snowy Wisconsin evening — as guests enjoyed a special menu crafted by our talented culinary team.
Competitions brought even more energy to RCC last month. Our first-ever Sheepshead Tournament drew over 18 players for an afternoon of cards and camaraderie, while our exclusive Hondo Pool Tournament filled the club with members and guests for a day of fun. And beyond our local events, RCC went on the road — sharing our story and growing our community at the Chicago Golf Show, where we introduced thousands of new faces to everything we offer.
We also celebrated a milestone for our wedding season, officially booking our fourth and fifth weddings for 2025 — another sign that RCC continues to be a premier destination for life’s most special celebrations.
What’s Happening This March at RCC & 1924 Bar & Grill
March is shaping up to be a month full of great food, fun nights out, and community connection.
Our Tuesday night Cornhole League is back in action every week at 6 PM — and no partner is needed! Thursday nights continue with free Pub Trivia at 6:30 PM, welcoming families and friends for a night of laughs and friendly competition.
On March 15th, we’re proud to once again be part of the Bar Buddies St. Patty’s Day Pub Crawl, with festivities starting at Brewster’s Lanes at 3 PM. If you’re looking for something a little different, join us on March 22nd for our Double Deck Euchre Tournament, open to both members and the public.
Of course, no visit to RCC is complete without a stop at 1924 Bar & Grill. This March, we’re offering comfort food favorites like pot pies on Tuesdays, half-roasted chicken with dumplings on Wednesdays, tacos on Thursdays, our famous fish fry on Fridays, and surf and turf specials on Saturdays. Plus, don’t miss our St. Patrick’s Day menu on March 15th, featuring Corned Beef & Cabbage, hearty Irish Root Cellar Soup, and classic Reubens — perfect for a cozy meal with good company.
Meet Some of the People Behind the Scenes
This spring, we’re thrilled to welcome Jordyn Melvin back to the RCC team as our Business Manager. A Reedsburg native with more than 15 years of operations and hospitality experience, Jordyn brings passion, dedication, and a focus on creating a welcoming environment for everyone who steps through our doors.
We’re also proud to spotlight Bryan Yager, who continues to serve as our dedicated Board Secretary. A 14-year RCC member and a passionate advocate for the club’s future, Bryan’s leadership helps ensure RCC remains a thriving community for members and guests alike.
Looking Ahead: April at RCC
Spring will be in full bloom by the time April arrives, and we have a calendar full of exciting events planned.
Our Tuesday Cornhole League and Thursday Pub Trivia nights will continue, keeping the good times rolling each week. We’ll welcome back the Reedsburg Players Theater for a week of dinner and entertainment (April 2–5), and we’re excited to host another beloved tradition: the Father-Daughter Dance on April 12th, in partnership with the local Women’s Club.
