A Record Breaking Summer

Miles For Myles Fundraiser

Introduction:

Summer is always exciting at the Reedsburg Country Club (RCC), but this year was extra special. With the generous contributions from our members and community, we raised an impressive $5,000 for our First Tee Program. And as if that wasn’t exciting enough, Don and Barbara Carrig have matched those donations. Bringing our total for this fundraiser to an incredible $10,000. This kind of support means so much to us and to the 140 participants in the Reedsburg area who will benefit from it.

What is The First Tee Of South Central Wisconsin:

First Tee helps kids develop character and gain confidence to face challenges. It combines golf with life skills to help kids become stronger, more confident, and resilient in everything they do. First Tee Programs build game changers through junior golf programs and golf courses that partner with them.

A Successful Fundraiser to Remember:

Firstly, we want to extend a heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to Myles and his family. The Myles Noble fundraiser was an incredible success, contributing $3,000 to our initial total of $5,000. This kind of dedication by amazing families like this makes our community so strong and successful.

Hats Off to Our Donors:

We appreciate everyone who contributed to the Myles Noble fundraiser. This kind of support does not go unnoticed and is vital to making programs like the First Tee possible at RCC.

The Carrig’s Generous Match:

Don and Barbara Carrig have long supported RCC and the First Tee Program. They generously matched our total donations raised by Myles.

Their donation will significantly impact the Reedsburg Country Club’s First Teem Program. These funds will move over 140+ participants at Reedsburg Country Club alone.

What This Means for Our First Tee Program:

With these funds, we can:

  • Purchase new golf equipment
  • Hire additional staff
  • Organize more events to bring the community and participants together
  • Fund scholarships for youth in need who wish to participate in the program

Looking Ahead:

As we approach our 100th anniversary in 2024, seeing our community unite meaningfully is excellent. At Reedsburg Country Club, we not only feel humbled by but also grateful for the continued support from everyone.

Get Involved:

If you missed out on this year’s fundraising efforts, don’t worry! We will have plenty of opportunities for you to contribute and get involved:
