A Centennial 4th of July Blast | A Night to Remember at Reedsburg Country Club
On June 30th, 2024, we had the honor of hosting A Centennial 4th of July Blast at Reedsburg Country Club — a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that honored 100 years of tradition, growth, and community. This event wasn’t just a party — it was a heartfelt gathering that brought together generations of members, families, and friends to celebrate the enduring legacy of RCC.
Our goal was simple: to create an experience that felt like a family reunion, where every guest — from the youngest child to the most seasoned member — felt truly welcome, valued, and at home. And thanks to our incredible staff, amazing entertainment, and enthusiastic guests, A Centennial 4th of July Blast exceeded all expectations.
Honoring the Heart & Soul of RCC
For the past century, RCC has been shaped by the people who call it home — our members. A Centennial 4th of July Blast was our way of saying thank you. Thank you for your support, your loyalty, and your love for everything this club represents.
More than 320 guests gathered on the course and clubhouse grounds, sharing stories, laughs, and summer joy. Children played freely while adults reconnected — and everywhere you turned, you could feel the spirit of celebration and togetherness. This wasn’t just an event. It was a living tribute to the generations who helped shape Reedsburg Country Club.
A Day for Everyone
Every aspect of A Centennial 4th of July Blast was thoughtfully designed to ensure that everyone could find something to enjoy. Our team worked tirelessly in the days leading up to the event, putting care into every detail — from activity planning to food prep and entertainment.
- Toddlers had a blast playing in our sand traps, giggling and exploring.
- Children bounced their way through the evening in the bounce house provided by TNT Bounce House.
- Teens enjoyed rounds of pickleball and outdoor games with friends.
- Adults competed in lively games of cornhole and took to the course for relaxed rounds of golf.
Whether you came to play, eat, dance, or relax — there was something for everyone.
Music That Moved Us
A celebration isn’t complete without music, and Raising Red delivered an incredible performance that kept the energy high all night long. Returning for their second year at RCC, the band quickly became a crowd favorite with their mix of hits, classics, and toe-tapping tunes that brought guests to their feet.
The sound of laughter and music blended with the scent of summer food and fresh-cut grass, creating a soundtrack to an evening we’ll never forget. Raising Red truly helped make A Centennial 4th of July Blast feel alive.
A Feast to Remember
No RCC event would be complete without a menu that makes you feel at home — and our talented Chef and kitchen team went above and beyond.
Guests dined on a delicious spread of summer favorites with an RCC twist:
- Corn on the cob, ribs, and hand-battered fried chicken
- House-made coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, and wraps
- Colorful fruit displays, deviled eggs, and fresh bruschetta
- Homemade apple and blueberry crisp a la mode — the perfect ending to a perfect meal
Dining together under the evening sky brought people around the table in the most meaningful way — sharing food, conversation, and a shared sense of belonging. It was one of the most memorable parts of A Centennial 4th of July Blast.
A Fireworks Finale
As night fell, excitement grew for the event’s grand finale — and Sky Inc. did not disappoint. Their fireworks show was nothing short of breathtaking, filling the sky with color, sparkle, and emotion. It was the most dazzling fireworks display we’ve ever hosted and a perfect way to honor RCC’s centennial milestone.
The crowd stood in awe, side by side, families holding hands and children gazing upward — a powerful moment of unity that perfectly captured the spirit of A Centennial 4th of July Blast.
Gratitude to the RCC Team
Behind every great event is a great team, and this celebration was no exception. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire RCC staff — from our Pro Shop and Course Maintenance Team to our Clubhouse Staff and Kitchen Crew.
The planning, setup, communication, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. The dedication shown by every member of our team is what made A Centennial 4th of July Blast such a seamless and joyful experience.
In the days leading up to the event, our staff worked tirelessly — fine-tuning every detail, decorating the clubhouse and grounds, coordinating logistics, and preparing food for hundreds of guests. And the payoff? Seeing the smiles on our members’ faces and hearing the laughter that echoed across the club.
