A Centennial 4th Of July Blast

A Night To Remember!

Introduction:

On June 30th, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting our Centennial 4th of July Blast at Reedsburg Country Club. This wasn’t just any event for us—it was a heartfelt celebration of our 100-year journey, filled with moments and memories shared with our wonderful members. We wanted this night to feel like a true family gathering, where everyone felt welcome, at home, and part of something special.

Heart & Soul:

Over the past century, our members have been the heart and soul of RCC. This event was our way of saying thank you for your unwavering support and love. It was important for us to create an environment that brought everyone together, from the youngest to the most seasoned, to laugh, play, and celebrate as one big family. We were overjoyed to see more than 320 guests join us for this special night.

Our Goal:

Every detail of the Centennial 4th of July Blast was planned with care. We wanted everyone, regardless of age or interests, to find something to enjoy. Toddlers had a blast giggling in our sand traps, kids bounced around in the bounce house provided by TNT Bounce House, teens played spirited games of pickleball, and adults challenged each other to cornhole and golf. Our goal was simple: to create a space where everyone could relax, have fun, and feel connected.

Lively Entertainment:

The atmosphere was electric, thanks in no small part to Raising Red. This was their second year with us, and they absolutely rocked the night, making the event even more lively and enjoyable. Their music brought everyone together, creating shared moments of joy and celebration.

Gathering Around “The Table”:

One of the highlights of the evening was the amazing food prepared by our talented Chef and his dedicated team. They spent the entire week crafting a delicious menu with an RCC twist on traditional cookout favorites. Guests enjoyed corn on the cob, ribs, hand-battered and deep-fried chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, fruit displays, wraps, deviled eggs, bruschetta, and more. To top it all off, our Chef created delightful apple and blueberry crisps a la mode that sealed the feeling of being “at home.”

Grand Finale:

And then there was the fireworks show. It was nothing short of spectacular, going above and beyond anything we’ve ever done before. We couldn’t have pulled it off without the incredible talent and hard work of Sky Inc., whose dazzling display left everyone in awe. The fireworks were the perfect grand finale, capturing the spirit of our celebration—celebrating our success together as the family and community that built RCC.

The People Who Make It All Go Round:

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible staff. Their dedication and hard work made this event possible, and without them, we couldn’t have created such a memorable celebration for our members. Our staff worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. The week leading up to the event was filled with excitement and anticipation as the Pro-Shop, Course, and Clubhouse Staff put the finishing touches on our plans. Seeing the smiles on our members’ faces made all the hard work worthwhile. At RCC, we take immense pride in serving and knowing each of you, and seeing you enjoy the event brought us all immense joy.

Thank You To Our Members:

We want to thank every member and every one of their guests who attended and made our Centennial 4th of July Blast a night to remember.

Here’s to 100 years of memories, friendships, and exceptional moments at Reedsburg Country Club. We look forward to celebrating many more years together!
