SEASON!! I look forward to the 2008 Reedsburg Country Club golf season with great enthusiasm!!
My goal for this year is to attract existing members and new members to use the facility!! Use the golf range, play a few holes after work, have lunch, play in the Pro-Member, come to a club party, come to a free golf clinic, take your kids to play golf, just to name a few ways you can use the club!!

NEW STAFF MEMBER Jamie Knudtson, is our new Assistant Professional at Reedsburg Country Club. Jamie is originally from Austin Minnesota. He is a recent graduate of WCTC, a golf professional training program. He brings with him the experience of working with National PGA Golf Professional of the Tear, Jim Mathis and National PGA Teacher of the Year, Peter Krause. He was an Assistant Professional at Windsong Farms Country Club, the new home of the PGA Tour Western Open and also at Southview Country Club. Former RCC Assistant Professional Shawn Wenkman is now the General Manager/Head Golf Professional at Silverado C.C. near Tampa Florida. Jeff Henderson is now the General Manager/Head Golf Professional of a golf course in Long Island New York. Wade Carlson is now the Department Head/Golf Professional of a Dicks Sporting Goods store in Knoxville, Tennessee. UPCOMING MEMBER EVENTS Sunday May 5th, Member Mixer

Lunch and Dinner If you would like to participate in a League or upcoming Event, please fill out the Event Sign-up Sheet found in your April Billing Statement or contact the Golf Shop. or use the convenient on-line form SPRING GOLF LESSONS Jamie and I will be giving lessons as soon as the weather permits. Take a lesson to tune up your game for the Spring. Free PGA individual ten minute golf lessons will be provided to all golf members in the month of May. A sign up sheet will be posted in the golf shop which includes the date an times of lessons. Monday Group Lessons Start: April 30th 1 hour lesson

Monitor Performance Hybrids represent a new choice. Replacing hard-to-hit long irons with forgiving, high-launching hybrids allows golfers of all abilities to improve their shot-making by blending the distance of a fairway wood with the control of an iron. GOLF SALES AND SPECIALS We are holding a special on Tour Velvet grips for $4.00 per club through the month of April. The process takes tow days or less to complete. GOLF SHOP HOURS: The Golf Shop is open beginning April 2nd, Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Once the Golf Course opens, we will be open every day. We will open the Golf Range as soon as the Range is dry enough so the Golf Balls do not plug into the ground. Club Policies: 1) All golfers must check into the golf shop prior to playing the course. 2) Pace of Play - 18 Holes - 4 hours 3) Collared golf shirts are required for male golfers 4) No mid-drift type tops or tee shirts for female golfers 5) Soft Spikes required 6) Three time maximum play for non-members who live within 30 miles of the Golf Course 7) No carry on beverages Range Balls: Small Bag (30) $3.50 Large Bag (55) $5.50 Pull Carts: 9 Holes $4.00 18 Holes $6.00 See you on the Lesson Tee!!
